Woodbine Beach is the largest and most popular beach in Toronto.
It’s home to a beautiful, long-stretch of boardwalk.
We came on a quieter day but it can get very busy in the heat of the summer.
BBQ stands are free to use— just bring your own coals and a scrub to clean it.
The Martin Goodman bike trail runs alongside the boardwalk.
There are over 90 volleyball courts on Woodbine Beach— some are members only and some are open to the public.
There are public muskoka chairs are scattered around the beach. 👍
Woodbine Beach has been awarded a Blue Flag every year since 2005 for water safety and environmental management. 🏊🏼♂️
While lifeguards are on duty, it’s still good to know what to do if you get caught in a rip current. 😬
Ashbridges Bay is a walking area right next to the beach.
There are plenty of places to stop and enjoy the view. 😊
Don’t forget to say ‘Hi’ to these cuties. 😍
As we wrapped up our walk, we decided to stop at this food truck to re-energize…
… and got some onion rings. 😊
