We decided to take an autumn walk through Burlington.
Our first stop was the Brant Street Pier which was built in 2014.
The pier was the final part of Burlington’s Downtown Waterfront revitalization project.
The pier extends 137 metres over the water.
We decided to head back and make our way towards the downtown…
… but not before stopping at an ice cream vendor. 😍
Part of Burlington’s revitalization is a new waterfront biking and walking trail.
You can see the QEW’s bridge from the trail.
The Lady of the Lake, a sculpture added in 1973.
The Spencer Smith Park has splash pads and a playground for families.
Once downtown, we decided to stop and get some shawarma. 😍
There are cute spots throughout Burlington’s downtown.
This ice cream spot was especially busy. 🍦
With night falling we decided to swing back around and check out the pier at night.
Very pretty. 😊
