The Terra Bleu Lavender Farm is less than an hour away from Toronto.
It’s home to many popular photo spots— like this yellow door.
The owners, Ian and Isabelle Baird, decided to start a lavendar farm after visiting one while vacationing in Quebec.
They planted the first 10,000 lavender plants in 2011 and opened to the public in 2014.
The farm is home to all kinds of lavender varieties.
We decided to take the Yellow Bench Trail…
…it lead us through the woods…
… and to the Yellow Bench itself. 😊
The farm is also home to horses.
The Galena Sky Window is popular spot for wedding ceremonies.
A small cafe serves refreshments.
And a gift shop sells organic produce, herbs and cosmetics.
We picked up lavender flavored ice-cream… it was delicious. 😊
