The Roasted Nut does small batch, dry nut roasting— on site in their Queen west location.
Dry roasting nuts means no frying or added oils.
We decided to try their “built our own bowl” option.
There are plenty of nuts to choose from.
Behind the scenes, this dry roasts and churns the nuts…
…before being taking out to the storefront.
They also serve lattes, cappuccinos and other hot drinks…
…plus a variety of food options.
During the summer gelato is served.
