Kōst is a rooftop restaurant 44 stories above Toronto’s entertainment district.
You get to it through the Bisha Hotel lobby.
The restaurant is known for it’s infinity pool…
… and its amazing views of the Toronto downtown.
A DJ provided ambience.
The interior design is inspired by the Baja Peninsula— just south of the the California coastline.
We ordered the half roasted chicken…
… with a side dish of baby potatoes, lightly spiced romesco sauce.
