The Brueckner Rhododendron Gardens is a popular lakefront garden in Mississauga.
It’s especially beautiful to visit in spring and summer when the flowers are in full bloom.
The park honors Dr. Brueckner who donated many of the plants.
There are paved walking paths throughout the 18-acres.
The gardens also have direct access to Lake Ontario.
We spotted swans, ducks and seagulls.
See if you can spot the hand-crafted mini houses hanging on tree logs.
The park is accessible by public transportation or by car— there’s plenty of parking.
