The dog fountain in Berczy Park has secrets to uncover…
For starters, there is a golden bone at the top.
And all those dog statues? They’re looking upwards to the bone.
But keep your eye out for a cat statue. Unlike the dogs, it is not looking at the bone…
Instead it’s looking at two birds perched on a lamppost.
There is also a second cat you can spot. This cat is looking at buildings— apparently it has an interest in Toronto architecture.
Berczy Park is a wonderful place to study, read or catch up with a friend. There are lots of benches, chairs and tables.
It’s also well-lit at night.
The park sits opposite of the Gooderham Building, also known as the Flatiron Building.
Visit Berczy Park any time of day…
… And uncover the secrets of the dog fountain for yourself. 😊🦴
